Association of Independent Festivals

The Association of Independent Festivals (AIF) is a national not for profit trade association and the UK’s leading festival representative body. Our mission is to represent, empower and provide a vital support network to our unique network of member festival organisers.

We represent over 100 festivals ranging from 500 – 76,000 capacity. The festival sector generates an estimated £1.76 billion GVA for the UK annually with at least 10% of this directly benefitting local businesses and economies according to AIF survey data.
