FKA Twigs and Anohni and the Johnsons join Roskilde Festival 2025 lineup
Roskilde Festival has unveiled 27 new artists for this year’s lineup, featuring groundbreaking acts such as British producer and singer FKA Twigs, British-American art-pop ensemble Anohni and the Johnsons, rapper Tierra Whack, indie rock legends Bright Eyes, and Japanese singer-songwriter Fujii Kaze.

WINTER GARDENS MARGATE MOVES STEP CLOSER TO REFURB
Thanet District Council has named Westwood One Theatre as its preferred partner for the refurbishment and reopening of the Winter Gardens, Margate.  Westwood One Theatre is the organisation behind the recent renovation of the Granville Theatre, Ramsgate. It has put forward a vision for the Winter Gardens, which aims to create a sustainable and profitable multi-use space.

STUDENTS GO BEHIND THE SCENES AT CRUFTS FOR EVENT WEEK LIVE
The NEC Birmingham is hosting 42 event management students from six Midlands colleges and universities this week as part of Event Week Live. Now in its 14th year, Event Week Live allows students to tour both the NEC, the ICC and bp pulse Live, as well as receive hands-on experience at the annual dog show, Crufts.

LIVE SEEKS TO ERADICATE MISOGYNY WITH FOUR-POINT MEMBER PLAN
LIVE has underlined its commitment to eradicating misogyny in the live music industry, with a four-point strategic plan backed by all 15 member organisations. The plan has been launched in response to the last UK Government’s rejection of the recommendations in the Misogyny in Music report from the Women and Equalities Committee (WEC), which was published in January 2024.
