L-Acoustics named in Fast Company list
USA – L-Acoustics has announced that it has been named for the third time in Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025, reaching #2 on the list of top innovative companies in the events, concerts, and live experiences industry, recognised specifically “for changing the way Broadway shows sound.”

Leah Martin-Brown ignites stage with Audix
USA – Australian-born singer-songwriter Leah Martin-Brown, now a solo artist signed to Frontiers Records, explores pop territory without sacrificing the hard-rock energy of her formative work. Her voice is channelled through Audix microphones – the OMX series (especially the OMX-E) onstage and the A231 for studio recording. Just after hosting the video premiere of her third single Shush, she spoke with Audix about her musical roots and her new favourite microphones.

The importance of storytelling in event design
In the events profession, we’re at an impasse between technology-based and tactile event design. This means the way we tell stories through our event design has to adapt. There’s an art in traditional scenic design as it relies upon the audience using their imagination to complete the picture, which is an investment in each audience member. It makes the experience more memorable as they’re filling in the blanks for themselves.

The New Black Film Collective XPO Taps BUFF’s Anyiam-Osigwe as Keynote Speaker
Emmanuel Anyiam-Osigwe, founder and co-chair of the British Urban Film Festival (BUFF), will headline the fourth annual New Black Film Collective XPO (TNBFC XPO) as a keynote speaker on March 25 at Rich Mix in Shoreditch. The TNBFC XPO serves as a key platform for networking and knowledge exchange, designed to accelerate Black representation in the UK and global screen industries. The five-day hybrid event, running from March 24-28, will once again take place at Rich Mix, which recently hosted the BAFTA-winning British short film Rock, Paper, Scissors—a project that first premiered at BUFF in October, securing its BAFTA qualification.

Red Bull Technology Group predicts that luxury experiences will continue to be a key driver in the 2025 events market, as the F1 brand maintains focus on its infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities. Last year the team launched the latest upgrade to its Milton Keynes Technology Campus, as it unveiled a new 46.25 metre LED screen in their main auditorium, MK-7. The screen, supplied by PPDS, is one of the biggest indoor dvLED wall in Europe and provides the perfect backdrop to its fleet of F1 cars.
