Prescot Festival of Music & the Arts

Prescot Festival of Music and the Arts is a 10-day festival of arts, entertainment, culture and heritage around the historic Lancashire town of Prescot, Merseyside. It is a not-for-profit community-led organisation. Prescot Festival is encompassed by Arts in Prescot, an umbrella group which organises and promotes a year-round programme of arts within the Knowsley area of Merseyside. The aims of the Prescot Festival are to be accessible by welcoming everyone, to be affordable by charging the minimal possible ticket price, and to be all-encompassing, embracing all types of art and music. The Prescot Festival began in 2005. Since then it has undertaken amazing work by improving the arts and cultural provision in Prescot.
