The SupaJam Foundation
The SupaJam Foundation supports young people aged 15–25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to overcome barriers to education and pursue their passion for music. We achieve this through three core programmes: mentoring, life-enhancing experiences, and mental health support.
Our mentoring programme pairs experienced professionals with students leaving college, providing guidance to help them take their next steps with confidence. We also offer unique opportunities such as work placements at music festivals, visits to gigs and venues, and financial support for career-building experiences like travel to Glastonbury or accommodation for session work.
To address mental health challenges, our new platform provides grants to music colleges to fund mental health provision. Our first grant will enable a college to provide counselling for students most in need.
At SupaJam, we believe every young person has potential, and we celebrate all differences as a SupaPower—something to be embraced and empowered.
