Neon Arena Services has focused its action on two main areas over its 10 years: supplying all the technical crew to the NEC Group venues in their two arenas in Birmingham and NEC Exhibition Halls for every event, and storing, hiring and fitting demountable sports floors around the UK. Operating mainly in Birmingham, the Neon team travels nationally to be able to assist with the most exciting events.

The engagement and access that The Power of Events UK has across all 7 sectors of the industry, enables data gathering and in-depth research projects to be delivered confidently and consistently. This will be primarily facilitated through the Events Industry Insight App launched in 2024.

By bringing the industry and university partners together, research projects will be designed to deliver real benefits to the industry in terms of trend analysis, insights and performance improvements.
