The Power of Events platform is a central hub designed to showcase, support, and connect all seven sectors of the UK events industry. It offers access to industry insight, engagement opportunities, and national programmes. All in one place.

The platform is for everyone involved in the UK events industry. From professionals and businesses to educators, students, and supporters. Whether you’re looking to engage, inform, or inspire, there’s a place for you here.

Currently, individual user profiles are not part of the platform, but organisations and partners can be featured through our support or partnership options. If you are interested, get in touch via our Contact page.

It is a national initiative that connects industry ambassadors with UK secondary schools (Years 7 to 13) to raise awareness of careers and opportunities across the events industry. Ambassadors deliver talks, workshops, and activities to inspire the next generation.

Schools can register via schools.thepowerofevents.org, where they can manage visits, provide feedback, and explore careers content.

Ambassadors are professionals from all sectors of the UK events industry. From lighting designers to corporate planners. They volunteer to deliver short, engaging sessions in schools to help students see how their interests align with careers in the events industry.

Both schools and ambassadors receive a short, user-friendly feedback form the day after the engagement. It takes no more than five minutes to complete and helps improve the programme and track impact.

It is a real-time tool that collects and shares data on activations, brand engagement, and sector insights at live events. It helps capture meaningful information to demonstrate the scale and value of the UK events industry.

The app is used by event organisers, agencies, students, and industry volunteers during live activations at events, exhibitions, and outreach activities.

The app captures footfall, demographic information, sentiment data, and campaign impact. All anonymised and GDPR compliant. It is used to build research pieces and advocate for the industry.

We welcome collaboration. You can express interest via our platform or contact us directly. Whether you’re a venue, brand, educator, or supplier, there’s a way to get involved and help shape the future of the industry.

Supporters benefit from brand visibility, strategic alignment with national programmes, access to engagement data, and opportunities to participate in sector-building initiatives.
