Event Profs in the South West of England and beyond – listen up! Following on from the success of Edinburgh and Manchester we are bringing our two-day learning festival to Bristol on 1-2 December 2025.
We’ve waved goodbye to predictable formats for two extraordinary days of high energy, curiosity-filled content, and genuine connection – and we want YOU there!
📍 Day 1 – Monday, 1 December 2025
The Watershed | 2:00–5:00 PM: We open with a bang. Hear straight from our panel of no-filter, multi-sector Gen Z attendees on what makes an event work and what doesn’t. It’s your front-row seat to the future.
The Harbour Hotel | 6:00–9:00 PM: Enjoy an evening of deception and delicious dining. Imposters are on the loose. Your mission is to spot them before it’s too late. Poker face at the ready!

Pizza on the Park | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM: The big day. Expect industry headliners (names announced soon), high-impact workshops, inspired conversations, wellness sessions, standout exhibitors, delicious eats and a legendary after-party for the perfect finish.

Research
The event industry’s reliance on data to help it plan for the future, increase its resilience, manage risk and justify investment decisions, is growing year on year.
The engagement and access that The Power of Events UK has across all 7 sectors of the industry, enables data gathering and in-depth research projects to be delivered confidently and consistently. This will be primarily facilitated through the Events Industry Insight App launched in 2024.
By bringing the industry and university partners together, research projects will be designed to deliver real benefits to the industry in terms of trend analysis, insights and performance improvements.
