Hyve responds to Autumn Fair protest by withdrawing match-making tool

Hyve Group has scrapped its newly introduced match-making system for both Spring and Autumn Fair 2024 plus next year’s Glee, following exhibitor complaints at last month’s Autumn Fair, held at the NEC.

Match-making system Connect was a compulsory element of the Autumn Fair exhibitor package, designed to enable buyers to pre-book meetings with exhibitors before and during the show.
